ABOUT US

We began with a commitment to community service in Spring 2020. That’s when CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, quickly shifted some of its employees to support the COVID-19 pandemic response – launching specialized call centers for contract tracing. Word traveled quickly and we were then asked to help process a backlog of unemployment claims, survey a state’s schools to understand personal protective equipment needs and operate a statewide vaccine hotline.
